Since each watch is made just for you, we can't offer refunds on any orders.

If your watch has issues, like defects, let us know within [10] days of getting it. We'll work with you to fix the problem or give you a partial refund.

If your watch arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, tell us right away. We'll look into it and offer a replacement or refund if needed.

We only give refunds as explained above. We might not refund you if your situation doesn't match these rules.

If you're eligible for a refund, we'll send it back to the way you paid.
